AEBN Companies Grab 7 XBIZ Noms

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AEBN and its family of companies have received seven XBIZ Award nominations, including VOD Site of the Year and VOD Company of the Year.

The company is also nominated for Marketing Campaign of the Year, Gay Web Company of the Year, Gay Director of the Year, Gay Movie of the Year, and Gay Studio of the Year.

"We are extremely grateful to be recognized by the industry in this way," said Jerry Anders, AEBN's vice president of sales and marketing.

"To have nominations across so many fields is a very humbling experience, but it's also a great validation for all the work we've done over the past year. It just makes us work even harder so we can remain at the forefront and continue to break new ground."

AEBN shares its recognition in the Video on Demand field with its gay brand, NakedSword, which was nominated for Gay Web Company of the Year.

“Naked Sword always feels great pride when nominated for the prestigious XBIZ Awards," NakedSword's Tim Valenti said.

"Winning in the past for both Best VOD and Best GLBT company of the year have always remained cherished experiences and ongoing motivation to always push hard, be more innovative and successful. Nabbing three more noms this year make the new year even that more exciting for all of us on the NakedSword team."

Raging Stallion Studios took six nominations, including two each for Gay Movie of the Year and Best Gay Director. Raging Stallion has dominated the Gay Movie of the Year Category for the past several years.

Raging Stallion head Chris Ward was both excited and appreciative of the nominations.

"We look forward to the XBIZ Awards every year and all of us at Raging Stallion are excited to be singled out for nominations. We have made some great movies this year and I hope we take home the prize."
