RESEDA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films has signed an exclusive distribution deal with lesbian director and producer Jincey Lumpkin.

The company said that for the first time, Jincey Lumpkin’s movies will be available to own on DVD, beginning with the release of “Taxi: Volume 1” on Dec. 17 and followed by “Therapy: Volume 1” on Feb. 4.

“Signing a distribution deal with Girlfriends Films provides me with access to their massive international market," Lumpkin said.

"Our business models fit together perfectly, and I’m excited to make this leap to the next level. I want to go all the way to the top, and Girlfriends Films is the next logical step for the expansion of my company and greater visibility.”

Already celebrated within the lesbian community, the deal with Girlfriends Films will provide Lumpkin's movies with global reach through the studio’s distribution network.

Under the distribution deal, Girlfriends Films will release seven feature movies by Jincey Lumpkin during a fourteen-month span.

“Jincey brings a different dimension to our brand," said Moose, Girlfriends Films vice president.

"In addition to creating artistic, raw and lustful movies like the new ‘Taxi’ series, Jincey lends her charming and extremely sexual star power to Girlfriends Films. In turn, we will ensure her product reaches a vastly more extensive audience and support her fully with our marketing and PR team. It’s going to be a great partnership.”

Lumpkin’s original style combines classic cinema with lesbian porn.

"I always had an inquisitive fascination with sex, but there was a lack of adult content appealing to my needs," Lumpkin said.

"I took a leap of faith creating movies I find beautiful and sexy and that would satisfy the same desires in others. The response continues to amaze me.”
