A native of Los Angeles, Shameless is a six-year adult industry veteran with a rich background in mainstream fashion photography. The opening will showcase prints from Shameless’ first book, a sexy collection of his Polaroid photography of dozens of adult film stars.
His pictures are intimate, raw and unexpected.
“I’m just excited. It’s a project that’s close to my heart that I’ve spent a lot of my personal time doing,” Shameless told XBIZ. “It kind of just started as a fun alternative photo gallery and turned into a lot more than that. I like the instant gratification of shooting Polaroid. It was such a turn-on compared to what my daily life in this business is.”
Copies of the book, which is being published by A&I, will be for sale at the opening, from 7 to 10 p.m. His prints will remain in the gallery through September. A&I Gallery is located at 933 N. Highland Ave., Hollywood 90038.
Shameless works regularly as a still photographer for various leading adult companies, and also directs a line of solo videos called "Shameless Amateurs" for Shane's World. Since beginning the project over two-and-a-half years ago Shameless has photographed more than 50 porn stars, including Kristina Rose, Georgia Jones, Gianna Michaels, Faye Reagan, Capri Anderson and Ava Rose. Former performer Gia Jordan graces the cover of his book.
