Manwin Acquires Spankwire.com

MONTREAL — Manwin Group of Companies announced Friday that it has acquired the tube site Spankwire.com.

Manwin, a multinational company, said that it closed the deal on Aug. 1 and that Spankwire.com will be run by its Manwin Canada division.

"This acquisition continues on the path of diversification Manwin Group of Companies envisions for its future," the company said. "Manwin believes there is a place for tube sites in the adult industry and also a way to have them work hand in hand with paysites in order to increase revenue and benefits for all paysites, as well as affiliates."

As with all tube sites operating under Manwin, Spankwire.com also will operate with the Paid Content Partner Program.

"The program will soon be available for the site, placing a text link above each video to divert traffic back to its original site," the company said. "This free service is available to everyone and allows content owners to have their videos accessible to millions around the world."

Manwin said that advertising on the site will now be sold through trafficjunky.net, with a new point of contact at contact@trafficjunky.net.
