HookupBucks Introduces Pay-Per-Free-Signup Program

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — HookupBucks.com has added a free dating option to WeCanHookup.com to entice surfers to sign up and earn HookupBucks affiliates money through the newly introduced pay-per-free signup program.

HookupBucks’ John Skorik said the free option employs the same “social networky” features as the paid option, which includes micro-transaction add-ons such as online games, gifts and having profiles listed as Featured Members, but with the “sales-generating wrinkle” of being free for surfers.

Full access to the premium features will be available to members during a free three-day trial.

“While the majority of dating sites offer consumers the ability to setup a free profile, they must actually pay in order to take advantage of contact features, view entire profiles, etc.,” Skorik told XBIZ. “We realize that there is a large free market and wanted to give consumers the opportunity to sample all of the advanced features our site offers without having to actually pay. We are confident that once they are given this opportunity, they will be happy to become paying members of the product.”

Skorik said the payouts for the new model are based on a free credit card join rather than a paid credit card join.

“Our testing has shown the free model to generate three times the number of sales as compared to the paid model,” he said.

Existing affiliates can promote HookupBucks’ new free program and get paid for all free signups to WeCanHookup.com by logging into the HookupBucks members area and adding the “Free Dating” linking code. Existing white-label clients can email sales@hookupbucks.com to be switched over.

HookupBucks pays affiliates $50 PPS or 65 percent revenue share. In addition, affiliates can take advantage of the program’s white-label solutions that are tailor-made to fit specific traffic.
