Long-term Business Practices Focus of 2 TPF Seminars

TEMPE, Ariz. — Two seminars on Friday at The Phoenix Forum touched on a number of strategies online adult webmasters should weigh when building long-term business models.

“Finding the Glue: How to Make Your Site Sticky,” moderated by Alex Sulaco of Manifest Media, featured industry vets Stephan Sirard of Next Door Entertainment, Jason “J-Sin” Hart of Sin 2.0, Adam Mason of Blake Mason and Rick Bennick of Exit-Chat.

The business owners discussed how to learn from consumer habits' to make them stickier to content.

Another seminar, titled “Face-2-Face: Tried and True vs New Emerging” looked at relevant issues of social media in adult, free-to-play models versus subscription and diversifying for success.

That seminar, moderated by Stephen Bugbee of X2K, included panelists Harlan Yaffe of PrideBucks, Stephen Sirard of Next Door Entertainment, Luke Hubert of HunkMoney, Dominic Ford and Kim Neilsen.

Tomorrow, Saturday, is the last day of The Phoenix Forum.
