'Bachelor' Star Sues TMZ, Mansef, JuggCash, Kevin Blatt

LOS ANGELES — Rozlyn Papa, the reality TV star who recently appeared on "The Bachelor," says she wasn't included as cast in Lexington Steele's "Pole Position: Lex POV."

On Wednesday, Papa filed suit at Los Angeles Superior Court over allegations that a number of companies falsely advertised that she was the lead actress in "Pole Position: Lex POV."

Mainstream media outlet TMZ and adult sites JuggCash.com and Brazzers.com, owned by Mansef Inc., were named to the suit, her attorney, Roderick J. Lindbloom, confirmed to XBIZ.

So were Mansef-owned sites PornHub.com, KeezMovies.com, Tube8.com, Peeperz.com and ExtremeTube.com.

Sex tape broker Kevin Blatt, is also named in the suit.

After word ran rampant that Papa was allegedly featured in the video, TMZ reported it as truth but later said, "the flick may not be Roz at all."

Papa is seeking $6 million in damages for lost income, invasion of privacy, lost reputation and mental anguish. Papa also is asking for a share of any profits from the video's sale.

In March, Steele told XBIZ that the video of the performer in the tape wasn't Papa but another actress — Lucy B.

"I feel for Rozlyn, because that is not her," Steele said. "The girl in the video is from the Czech Republic, all of the girls in this release were shot on location in Prague. That girl has never traveled to the U.S."

In the "Pole Position: Lex POV" series, Steele said the videos have a certain thematic approach.

"What's different with the 'Pole Position' series is that the guy at home not only sees what it's like to have sex with his favorite lady in the industry, but also sees it from the point-of-view of one of the top men in the industry," he said.
