Raging Stallion Studios Launches Promotional Campaign for Big-budget Release

SAN FRANCISCO — Raging Stallion Studios has launched a promotional campaign in support of its big-budget Spring release, “Tales of the Arabian Nights.”

The four-disc movie was produced by directors Chris Ward and Ben Leon and will street March 26 as an exclusive for TLAGay.com and GayDVD.com.

The media campaign is built around a series of massive mailings that unfold at the rate of two per week over the next six weeks. Each mailing includes detailed interviews and stunning photography of individual actors and the scenes they are in.

"The photography by Kent Taylor and Geof Teague is really brilliant; these are images that will become classics," Ward said. “Raging Stallion is currently in negotiations to produce a large coffee table book around this photography."

“Tales of the Arabian Nights” consists of 10 scenes starring a cast of Middle-Eastern men, including both newcomers and seasoned professionals such as Wilfred Knight, Damien Crosse, Francesco D'Macho, Steve Cruz, Derrek Diamond, Austin Wilde, Antonio Biaggi and Angelo Marconi.

As a bonus, the TLAgay.com and GayDVD.com exclusive package also offers 2005's “Arabesque” two-disc set, meaning that customers will receive six discs of almost 20 full-length scenes.

"I really enjoy the look and feel of the men of the Middle East — tall, dark, hairy and handsome,” Ward said. “‘Tales of the Arabian Nights’ is just as good as ‘Arabesque’ — perhaps even better in many ways. The sex is wall-to-wall nonstop and the men are so beautiful. I think this movie is a great representation of my own style of erotica — a mix of what I learned in my early years at Hot House, with a strong dose of Jean-Daniel Cadinot and Kristen Bjorn thrown in for good measure. It's a great moment for me and my studio."
