LOS ANGELES – Just a week since its inception, Rock Star Public Relations & Management already has made a big splash by acquiring public relations concern The Star Factory.

The Star Factory is a well known boutique PR firm, headed by Mike Moz and Alexander “Monstar” Raymond. The company currently represents Dana DeArmond, Courtney Cummz, Angela Aspen, Lexi Love, Mariah Milano, Codi Bryant and Kimber James.

The Star Factory also has represented Stormy Daniels, Eva Angelina, Angelina Armani, Alexis Texas, Veronica Rayne, Brooke Haven, Kaylani Lei, Mr. Pete, Rocco Reed and others. The company’s clients have received press in all facets of adult media including mainstream TV and radio shows, Hollywood red carpets, mainstream parties and VIP hosting gigs.

Moz and Raymond have helped organize events such as the AVN Awards red carpet, The F.A.M.E. Awards, eXXXotica Miami and N.Y., Lone Star Pornotopia, The Sexo y Entertainment Show in Mexico City, The Barcelona Show, XBIZ Awards, NightMoves and many other major and successful showcases.

“The Star Factory is legendary in adult,” Rock Star PRM’s Joshua said. “Alexander Raymond and Mike Moz have helped build and nurture so many careers, combining their skills with those working in Rock Star PRM forms a virtual dream team. I couldn’t be more pleased that with this acquisition, as the combined skills and assets of this expanded team can help girls achieve their goals even faster than either of our companies could do independently.”

Rock Star PRM handles its clients’ publicity, personal appearances, strategic partnerships and more. Rock Star PRM is positioned as a full-service PR and management shop and also will assist clients in the areas of new technology such as iPhone applications, website development and viral marketing campaigns.

“We’re very thankful for the new opportunities this deal presents,” The Star Factory’s Mike Moz said. “Both Alex and I are proud to be a part of the great team with Rock Star PRM. With the ever-changing climate in adult and entertainment in general, we know can reach out to all mediums and present incredible exposure and financial opportunities to our clients, both present and future. We are extremely excited to move forward and expand and explore the horizon for everyone we work with.”

Many of Rock Star PRM’s clients are hosting parties and events all along the Las Vegas Strip this weekend during AEE featuring stars such as Lisa Ann, Bree Olson, Teagan Presley, Eva Angelina, Sunny Leone and Jenna Haze.

"The Star Factory has never been just a press release service. We have always been forward thinking in exploring the best ways to attain the most exposure for our clients possible," The Star Factory's Alexander “Monstar” Raymond said. "The results and our track record speak for themselves. In keeping with a forward-thinking mentality, we are always looking for new avenues to explore and ways to strengthen our work. This acquisition will now help us do exactly that. Now we are stronger and can more aggressively, not only promote our clients, but provide them with a monetary return on their commitment and investment.

“Anyone can write a press release. But merely writing a press release is not what makes a performer, a star. Party hosting, communication with media outlets, proactive ideas, and providing career direction is just the foundation on where we stand. We are hell bent on our clients achieve their career goals. "
