Pipedream Products to Host AASECT Meeting Tomorrow

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Pipedream Products tomorrow will host a meeting for the western division of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists organization.

The event will take place at an adult products showroom in Chatsworth, Calif.

Hosted by Kim Airs, Pipedream Products resident sexpert and member of AASECT, attendees will get hands-on knowledge of the thousands of products in the Pipedream line.

“What better way to introduce these practitioners to the world of adult products than to show them our entire line?” Airs said. “Many times, therapists will recommend a sex toy but have no idea of what type to suggest to their clients. By showing these practitioners the actual products, they will be better suited to suggest items for ED, FSD, and, using our Fetish Fantasy series, be able to open the door to their clients to live their fantasies.”

The program, which attendees will receive continuing education units for their participation, also will be lead by Dr. Stephanie Buehler, AASECT’s western regional director and founder of The Buehler Institute in Orange County.

“We’re excited to offer this learning opportunity to the members of AASECT,” Buehler said. “By having this presentation in the showroom of one of our members will only increase our knowledge of this industry which many of us work with on a daily basis.”

AASECT is a nonprofit, interdisciplinary professional organization. In addition to sexuality educators, sex counselors and sex therapists, AASECT members include, clergy members, lawyers, sociologists, family planning specialists and researchers, as well as students in relevant professional disciplines.
