The company said it has discontinued its relationship with Vivid Europe GMBH.

"We have begun talks with potential new partners in Europe and hope to move forward quickly to make a decision," said Marci Hirsch, the Vivid executive who oversees international sales.

Hirsch has been closely working with Todd Blatt of Antigua Pictures, who is the point person assisting Vivid in opening new channels of distribution and locating qualified licensees out of the U.S.

Any retailers or other entities that has contracts with Vivid Europe GMBH should email Hirsch at marci@vivid.com to make sure their agreements are filled.

Hirsch also noted that she’s received reports that Entertainment Group Switzerland has purportedly licensed titles in Europe, which the company is investigating. Distributors that have dealt with this group are encouraged to contact her, as well.
