Matrix Launches Video Clip Content

Glamour adult photography licensing site Matrix Content announced the official launch of a new video content feature this week that over time will incorporate 21,000 hardcore titles featuring famous porn stars, company owner Norman Bentley told XBiz.

The hardcore video clips are in addition to Matrix Content's still photo sets and solo video sets that are released weekly. Matrix will also be releasing more hardcore still photo sets in the coming months.

Among the clips available on the Matrix Content site will be porn actress Monique Alexander's first boy/girl session released on the Internet, Norman told XBiz.

"What we've done is obtain the rights to thousands of hardcore titles and we are releasing videos featuring all the top porn stars in our photos set," Norman said. "They are basically the scenes from movies that everyone fast-forwards to see."

According to Norman, the new video clips will be released by the dozen each week for webmaster licensing options. The 8-12 minute clips are available in QuickTime, Media Player, and Real Player. The clips are also coded in the highest quality possible.

"We have our little tricks in terms of re-writing the algorithms and tweaking the compression," Norman said.

Robbey Bentley, who manages all of Matrix Content's production, told XBiz that the new video clips will feature never-before-seen boy/girl hardcore sets and over the next few months Matrix Content will make more group sex content available to webmasters.

"It gets a little more hardcore," Robbey told XBiz. "We're getting a lot more group stuff instead of just two people. More three-ways."

Matrix Content will also be teaming up with Webmaster Central to feature some of its streaming content.

"Instead of competing, we thought it would be a good relationship," said Norman.

Before founding Matrix, Norman produced videos for Penthouse's home video department and before that worked for HBO producing mega productions like Bette Midler's Las Vegas show. Norman made the crossover to the porn industry in 1999 and found it a welcome relief from the rigors of television production.

"It really burned me out," Norman told XBiz. "Porn is much easier. The thing about the porn industry is the technology gets my juices flowing. It's really the thing that drives the entire Internet."
