Video Secrets to Host Go Kart 500 Competition at 2009 XBIZ Summer Forum

LOS ANGELES — Video Secrets will host the inaugural Go Kart 500 webmaster rally at the highly anticipated 2009 XBIZ Summer Forum, kicking off the three-day event held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

This one-of-a-kind event is designed to bring together the best and brightest in the industry in a fun and exciting environment, where attendees can network while challenging each other to Go Kart races.

"We are thrilled to be launching the first ever Video Secrets Go Kart 500 event at the upcoming XBIZ Summer Forum,” Video Secrets Operations Manager Brad Estes said. “We created this event in order to give affiliates and attendees a fun and different way to network and build relationships with one another. Taking them out of their usual element, coupled with the thrill of the high-speed racing, is sure to create an unforgettable time for everyone.”

XBIZ Associate Publisher Kristen Kaye said she’s excited to offer attendees a unique networking event that combines fun, food and drink, and the kind of light-hearted competition that inspires networking and strategic business brainstorms.

“You can’t go wrong with this event,” Kaye said. “Video Secrets is pulling out all the stops (pun intended) with this event and attendees will have to try hard not to have a great time! The XBIZ team challenges anyone brave enough to a high-speed Go Kart race — get there early so you have time to stretch!”

Buses will transport attendees to the Go Kart arena starting at 5:15 p.m. June 2, and a series of buses will drive to and from the venue throughout the evening. Catered food and an open bar will be provided, as well as unlimited access to gaming arcades, billiard tables, and other fun games located alongside the Go Kart rink.

In each heat, 10 to 13 people will perch at the starting line waiting to race their way to trophies and other prizes, which will be awarded to first-, second- and third-place winners.
