The masturbation sleeve, "The Stoker," is made of 100 percent silicone. The outside is nonrepresentational and it has inside ridges to simulate contractions. The Stroker is completely washable and can be boiled or washed in the top shelf of a dishwasher.

The suction cup accessory also is made of 100 percent silicone and is compatible with all Tantus vibrator toys and many other manufacturers' toys. It fits securely in the cavity meant for a vibrating bullet.
"It is the strongest suction cup ever," Burr said. "You can stick it on a wall, you can stick it on a door, you can stick it on the floor. You can stick it to any flat surface, and once it's there, it stays there."
