ATLANTA — Not long after the company's Liberator Ramp appeared in the mainstream film "Burn After Reading," Liberator Bedroom Adventure Gear has provided a Black Label Wedge/Ramp Combo for the upcoming Philip Seymour Hoffman film "Jack Goes Boating."

"We are proud to have been selected to have a prop in the movie," said Louis Friedman, director and CEO of Liberator. "Liberator has such a strong place in popular culture that our products continue to be featured in movies, including 'Burn After Reading' and 'Meet the Fockers.' In Hollywood, Liberator is one of the few products that can truly be considered a brand star."

Liberator Bedroom Adventure Gear provided a sex ramp and wedge, along with a coordinating set of cuffs and a blindfold, as set dressing in a bedroom scene.

"Jack Goes Boating" is an adaptation of Bob Glaudini's off-Broadway play of the same name, which opened in March 2007. The film, which is Philip Seymour Hoffman's directorial debut, stars Hoffman, John Ortiz and Daphne Rubin-Vega, who are all reprising their stage roles, and Amy Ryan. The film is described as a romantic comedy that centers around a stoner limo driver and his quest for perfection. Production began in New York on Feb. 9 for Cooper's Town Productions. U.S. distribution will be by Overture Films.
