AdultContent.nl Signs On 11 More Studios

OSS, The Netherlands — AdultContent.nl has signed on to distribute video content from 11 studios, including OSK, an instructional video producer.

The company signed up Multi Media Pictures, J-Spot, Glam Girls and Adult Made, all of which specialize in straight content. On the gay side, AdultContent.nl has inked Man Handle Media, Pat and Sam, B.C. Productions and Grey Rose Productions.

Adultcontent.nl was nominated last week in the “content broker/licensor of the year” category in the upcoming XBIZ Awards.

Business has revved up tremendously for the company since the e-commerce portal was redesigned from scratch and a new shopping cart and features such as improved hosting were added, Jaques Pijman, owner of parent company Cybersales Holding BV told XBIZ.

“It was time to re-do the entire site from scratch because it needed to be ready for 2009,” Pijman said. “There are around 20-plus new studios lined up for January already. Many studios that have worked with us seem to tell other studios about us and therefore there is no shortage on new suppliers that email us daily.”

Among the exclusive content available on AdultContent.nl through sublicensing are first-time scenes of performer Casey Parker, who appeared on Fox Reality Channel’s “My Bare Lady 2.” Parker’s footage is licensed from an imprint called Chester Molesther.

AdultContent.nl doesn’t discriminate in the studios’ size and clout, Pijman said. He said he enjoys helping studios withstand the flat DVD sales market by turning to newer delivery platforms such as mobile, VOD and IPTV.

“I like small but innovative studios too and not just all the big ones,” he said. “It feels good to find these smaller studios extra sales for licensing.”
