All Boys Distribution Selling Direct to Retailers

Tod Hunter
SOUTH PARIS, Maine — Gay adult distribution company All Boys Distribution has announced that it will begin marketing directly to retail stores not getting the company's films from a distributor.

"Since our inception, I've directed retailers to distributors for our stuff," Rob Ragan, president of All Boys, said. "I recently attended a conference with a retail buying group and found that several retailers are unaware of the production lines we carry.

"I want to go on record and say that if a retailer is getting our stuff through distribution, they will be directed to continue doing so. I'm not doing this to cut out our distributors. I've found out along my test market that there are stores that refuse to buy from some of the distributors that are carrying our films, so what can I do?"

All Boys' roster of U.S. studios includes Boykakke Films, Hot Desert Knights, the DVD line and San Diego Boy Productions.

All Boys will also be expanding into new products in the new year, including studio-commissioned books of high-gloss professionally shot model pictures.

"We feel that this is a more direct-to-retail product," said Craig Rivas, All Boys vice president of operations.
