The Star Factory was launched in 2006 and is headed by Alexander Raymond and Mike Moz. Its clientele includes Eva Angelina, Gianna Lynn, Brooke Haven, Audrey Bitoni, Courtney Cummz and Nikki Benz.
"Veronica is an extraordinary talent and we are very happy she considered us," Raymond said. "She has a lot of exciting projects on the horizon and I believe the Star Factory is in unison with how Rayne wants to be presented."
After having starring in adult movies such as “Upload” (Sex Z Pictures), “Operation Desert Stormy” (Wicked Pictures) and “Pirates II” (Digital Playground), Rayne also has crossed over into mainstream with an appearance in a Motley Crue video this year and starring in the reality TV show, “My Bare Lady 2.”
