"I'm very happy with the response to this movie," Moore said. "It's only the second feature I've ever done but I think it stands up to the best features out there. I was very focused on the storyline and dialogue while directing and filming this movie, but it also features some of the hottest sex scenes I've ever filmed in 15 years. I was actually surprised when editing the movie at just how good the sex scenes came out."

The movie features seven sex scenes, including a girl/girl strap-on scene (with Dames and Reece) and two group blowjob scenes. The highlight of the movie is a group sex scene with Zombie Queen Caroline Pierce and Christian while surrounded and groped by 30 topless zombies.
"I think lately a lot of features get so wrapped up in trying to look like a mainstream movie that they forget that regardless of how big of a budget they have, the bottom line is that it's still a porn movie. 'Night of the Giving Head' definitely scores as a storyline feature and horror spoof, but the focus was still the sex. Rodney and [production assistant] Steviee made sure that all of the performers had major chemistry in the casting of this movie and it shows. The sex is really, really, hot.”
The plot revolves around a hole in the ozone layer causing radiation that makes girls crave more sperm after giving head and swallowing a guy’s sperm that’s been effected by the radiation, thus turning them into “sperm zombies.”
"We feel this movie is going to be a sleeper, and once people find out how good it is, the sales are going to go through the roof,” said Jerry Estrada of EXP, Rodnievision’s distributor. “Rodney is still at the top of his game with gonzo, but with this feature he proves that he is a new force in the feature genre."
