"I'll be writing about issues that affect our members and the industry as a whole," Duke told XBIZ. "I want to bring up things that the industry should have on its radar screen."
The current blog features articles on the upcoming Free Speech Coalition's Election 2008 Bash event scheduled Monday in Los Angeles. The blog also covers workplace safety and a look inside the FSC.
"One of the things that we're focusing on right now is how the government is affecting our industry," Duke added. "The issues range from changes in 2257 law to how to get health insurance for your employees — any resource our members and industry need."
Before joining the FSC, Duke was senior vice president of Planned Parenthood in Oregon. She has more than 25 years experience in the non-profit sector.
