The dialogue hits all the right bullet points, with the Governor hiding behind the identity of "Client 69" at the "Emperors Club," and the absent-minded dismissal of a lobbyist with "This will have to be a quickie."

Everybody's doin' it in this video, with horny madam Kayla Paige giving her desk a workout with Dino Bravo, lobbyist Angela Stone earning her salary with Governor's assistant Marcus London and "Special Agents" Veronica Jett and Van Damage getting hot and sweaty before the governor gets his trousers off. There's even a girl-girl between two hookers for the traditional "obligatory girl-girl scene."

Veteran actor Mike Horner, who has been a porn star longer than most current performers have been alive, shines as the horny governor in the double-entendre filled opening scene and in the hotel-room tryst finale with Cassandra Cruz.

High-gloss production values — including Jake Jacobs' moody night-lit videography — and unthreatening story makes this a good choice for couples.
