Other scenes include Brooke Haven as a sexy nurse taking on her straitjacketed patient, Roxxxy Rush as a horse with a bridle and horsetail butt plug, and Eva Angelina as the Bride of Pinhead. (Well, maybe the moviemakers didn't intend to evoke Clive Barker with Angelina's costume, but that’s all I could of as she descended from the rafters wearing a face harness that bristled with metal spikes. She also kept the mask on the whole scene -- very distracting.)
