Good Writing = Intelligence

Generally speaking, people who write well are smarter than people who don't.

I thought of this after reading a post on Luke's site, originally posted on ADT, by the porn star Sinnamon , whom I have never met.

As I started reading the post, I realized that because the writing was pretty good my respect for Sinnamon immediately increased. I also realized that I tend to pay less attention to what people say than how they say it, and that women in the industry are by and large better writers and smarter people than the men.

I haven't conducted a survey or even an unofficial calculation to confirm that assertion, which probably reflects a personal bias, but I stand by it anyway.

I'm talking about the non-professionals, and really the performers. I read their online screeds, and while much of it is obviously dashed off and unedited, I look past those details to the person's core ability to express themselves using something approximating proper grammar and syntax.

And though a thousand examples of execrable female writing could be sent my way, I would respond with ten thousand male examples.

Just face the facts, dudes. Even in pornography, women rule and you are left to feebly proclaim your supposed dominance by denouncing your intellectual superiors in the most degrading terms possible.

But it's okay. I do it too. I'm just a guy.
