Changing Dialer Regulations

The Dialer market is changing rapidly. As we've seen with the credit card industry, regulations and guidelines to restrict this alternative billing method are fast approaching. Due to the unscrupulous business practices of some providers and users in the industry, stricter guidelines on the usage of dialers have been, and will continue to be, imposed in a number of countries. These guidelines will vary from country to country but the overall result will be dramatic to the market.

With countries like England, Spain and Austria being affected by new dialer regulations, it's important that webmasters have solid and secure international billing options available. To enhance these options, European direct debit solutions for international billing will soon be offered as well.
