What is your role and responsibility at Sin City Films?
I am the Sales Associate here. My responsibilities range from inputting customer orders as well as packing and shipping the orders myself. I’m sort of an all-around associate. I work closely with our sales manager, Tony Rankins, to make sure we fill every order, that the customer receives it on time and especially is satisfied. My day is filled with purchase orders and keeping in contact with our customers whether it be by phone or through email. Customer service is extremely important.

Describe a typical Monday at your desk.
A typical Monday is coming into the office closing out any work from the previous week, going over a game plan for the week with our sales Manager, checking on our new releases, purchase orders, speaking to our customers, and getting updates from our general manager, Jared Sturman. My Monday is usually a hectic day filled with a lot of running around to make sure orders, replication, printing, authoring are all in place for the week.

What is the biggest challenge of being a woman in the adult business?
The biggest challenge is proving myself to people in the industry. I do it by showing them I play a major role in the process of getting the product out to customers and that I can handle whatever is thrown my way even though I am young and a woman. There are quite a few aspects to running a production company and I’m experiencing all of the integral parts necessary to having a successful adult business. It’s a great learning experience.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is when we get a new title out to the street. The hard work that is put into a movie pays off when I have customers ordering the title and coming back for more. I know at the end of the day it’s a job well done.

How do you maintain balance in your life?
It’s easy for me to maintain a balance because I’m surrounded by great co-workers, family and friends. The work environment is very friendly and fun. We all work hard and help each other out to keep the work flow going but we have a good time doing it. It’s very tight knit group. My family and friends help me unwind after a long day at the office.
