ManyVids CEO Bella French to Keynote XBIZ Berlin

BERLIN — ManyVids Founder and CEO Bella French will deliver the keynote address at next month’s XBIZ Berlin show, presenting “The Rise of Adult Content Creators,” a candid conversation about the collective power of the sex worker community and how her personal experience as a former cam girl shaped her unique perspective to create a world-famous clip site.

“I’m thrilled to make my first trip to Berlin,” French stated, “[where I will] spread the message of performer empowerment and sex worker rights that is the cornerstone of the MV Community.”

A Q&A session will feature French as she is presented with questions by XBIZ founder and publisher Alec Helmy about the current adult business landscape and how ManyVids’ vision to empower content creators has positioned the brand as an agent of change within the industry and beyond.

Among the topics to be explored are the factors that led to the launch of ManyVids, along with the challenges of creating and promoting a new platform for both content creators and their fans. Other questions will revolve around how models can get in on the action and how they can serve as public ambassadors for adult entertainment and personal empowerment.

Finally, French’s experiences as a female entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry and how those experiences have shaped her advocacy, attitude and goals will also be explored.

“XBIZ Berlin is the perfect stage to have this discussion,” French explained. “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to meet everyone and push the conversation forward in my keynote talk.’’

The keynote session with French and Helmy is set for Tuesday, September 10, at 4:30 p.m.

"Bella French is a remarkable leader who is inspiring the industry to take a performer-first approach to business and helping to rewrite the public’s perception of adult," Helmy said. "It is a great privilege to welcome a true trailblazer to the XBIZ Berlin stage and we look forward to sharing her enlightened perspective with attendees."

XBIZ Berlin returns September 9-12, uniting industry pros and newcomers from the European and broader international markets for thought-provoking discussions, deal-making opportunities and exclusive social events, culminating with the triumphant return of the XBIZ Europa Awards.

Held at the urban-chic Catalonia Berlin Mitte Hotel near the Mitte district, with local attractions such as Alexanderplatz and the historical Nikolaiviertel, the annual fall conference takes place in the heart of the city’s nightlife and entertainment scene.

A limited number of rooms are available at the host hotel for only 122 Euros per night, which includes a complimentary breakfast and a three-course luncheon buffet.
