Private U.S.A. Rolling Out ‘All Sex’ Series

SUN VALLEY, Calif. — Private U.S.A. said Monday it is launching a new line of 4-hour adult DVDs this month.

The “All Sex” series will include scenes from its videos and will be released four times a month.

“These scenes are owned by Private and have never been used by other companies,” Private U.S.A. spokesman Ric Williams told XBiz. “All Sex will have appeal to our existing fans, but it’ll also be an excellent start for anyone who wants to try out our product. We’re confident consumers will want more.”

The “All Sex” videos, at $9.95 each, will be distributed later this month on the Internet and at retail shops.

In other company news, Sun Valley, Calif.-based Private U.S.A. said that it will have a booth at the Video Software Dealers Association’s Home Entertainment 2004 trade show at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, Wednesday through Friday.

Private U.S.A.’s booth will feature adult performers Flick Shagwell and Avy Scott and director Skeeter Kerkove.

Shagwell appears on Private U.S.A.’s “Horny Housewives,” “Perfect” and “A Woman’s Ass Is a Beautiful Thing.” Scott appears in “Cadillac Highway.”

“We’re looking forward to meeting our retailers, finding out how we can make a better product and tweak our marketing efforts to help them sell our product,” Williams said. “I’m sure they’ll also be happy to meet Flick, Avy and Skeeter.”

Private U.S.A. is a division of Barcelona-based Private Media Group, which publishes magazines and distributes DVDs and videos in some 35 countries. Its publications include Private, Private Sex, and Triple X.

Private Media Group’s adult video library includes more than 700 titles.

In addition, the company distributes explicit content to 100,000 subscribers through its Private.com website, and it operates three adult television channels (Private Blue, Private Gold, and Private Fantasy) that are distributed through satellite and cable systems in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Chairman Berth Milton owns 52 percent of the company, which was formed in 1965.
