Stripchat Announces Open Model Call

LOS ANGELES — Stripchat plans on hosting an open model call to find the next top webcam models.

The cam site put the word out today that it's seeking amateurs and professional U.S. models seeking to join its site, which is said to reach 15 million users.

Selected models will be invited to attend Stripchat’s exclusive party in Los Angeles, receive a signup bonus and swag merchandise.

Jim Austin, head of business development for Stripchat, which is part of the xHamster group of companies, said that the cam site’s growth has been fantastic and that models will benefit greatly.

“We’ve had a two-fold increase in users and models since our relaunch in May 2016,” he said.

“Stripchat is looking for models who are flirty, conversational and absolutely love the attention in a large chatroom environment,” Stripchat  said in the open model call. “The site currently offers registered models up to 60 percent payouts, plus hourly and monthly contests worth more than $15,000. Models that think they’ve got what it takes to broadcast in front millions of users should apply today.”

Potential models should send an email to pr@stripchat.com telling Stripchat about themselves, including social media links, and why they deserve to be the cam site’s next big star. Applicants must be 18-plus females, residing in the U.S. and able to travel to Los Angeles at their own expense.

“And to really stand out, models can include a one-minute intro video,” Stripchat said.
