Kayden Kross Named President of ArrangementFinders

LOS ANGELES — Adult star Kayden Kross told XBIZ she has become the new president of ArrangementFinders.com, a growing online dating service with a global membership base.

As part of her appointment, Kross has bought an equity stake in the company valued at more than $1 million, the Toronto-based parent company of ArrangementFinders.com announced.

Kross will assume day-to-day responsibilities of the company, which is soon opening an office in Beverly Hills. Her duties as president will include creating new products, marketing and public relations as well as actual matchmaking for clients.

"I'll be the face of the company," Kross said Friday from Las Vegas.

The "sugar dating" site reports it has "3.6 million active members" globally, and adds an average of "3,000 new members daily."

“I’m excited to take on the challenges of leading and building the ArrangementFinders.com brand at such an important time for the business and industry,” Kross said. “While sugar dating has, in one form or another, been around for centuries, the popularity and acceptance of these type of relationships has increased significantly over the past decade. This is a business that is poised for substantial growth and long-term success, and I’m excited to lead that charge.”

Kross, an award-winning performer who just last Thursday won a pair of 2015 XBIZ Awards for Best Scene - All-Girl with Misha Cross and Best Director - Non Feature with her partner Manuel Ferrara, said this new role would not prevent her from working on select adult film projects.

"I’m going to stay in adult in the capacity that I’ve been for the last two last years," she said. "I'm only doing projects that are fun and that Manuel and I can do together."

Kross said that dating is trending toward "more casual relationships where you set up exactly what you're looking for up front" rather than the old-school approach of marrying your high-school sweetheart.

"And people have become more open about finding a for-now relationship rather than a forever partner," she added.

Last year Kross wrote, directed and starred in a viral marketing video for ArrangementFinders.com, which led to more discussions about how she could continue to collaborate with the service.

"And the conversation just got bigger and bigger until we hit the point where we made this announcement today," she said, noting there are plans in motion to produce more promotional videos and commercials for what will be a $10 million ad campaign for TV.

The former exclusive contract girl with Vivid, Adam & Eve and Digital Playground now will be an advocate on behalf of the opportunities that sugar dating provides.

“Sugar dating is a unique mentorship opportunity for young women who are working towards completing their education, or starting out in their own careers,” said Kross, who attended California State University before getting into adult in the mid 2000s. “The site is a way to connect with established, successful men who can provide not only companionship and romantic excitement, but also career counseling and networking opportunities.

“The reality is that women do not need to compromise education, finances or employment to make ends meet. The online sugaring world lets young women 'secure their security' by networking with powerful and influential men who can help ease their transition from starving student to successful businesswoman."

ArrangementFinders.com said that as opposed to other similar dating sites, which cater exclusively to the extremely wealthy men (the one-percenters), its site is “an affluent but accessible community comprised of established, successful men and attractive, ambitious women.”

“Many of the male users on the site earn between $125,000 -$175,000 yearly, and the site boasts an impressive and unique female to male ratio of four members to one,” the company said.
