ChargebackHelp Unveils Rebrand, Expands Merchant Protection Services

ATASCADERO, Calif. — Chargeback management solution provider ChargebackHelp.com today announced a company rebrand with a new website and the launch of extended services to help merchants protect themselves and keep their accounts in good standing.

With the addition of new services "decline salvage" and "digital device fingerprinting," ChargebackHelp can further help merchants recover lost revenue, increase customer retention, as well as identify and stop fraudulent activity.

Some new features of the website include: a blog where ChargebackHelp experts will share industry insights and educational articles, testimonials page where customers can share experiences and verticals page highlighting industries served.

“We are excited about the launch of the new site as it is a great representation of where we are heading,” ChargebackHelp co-founder Raja Roy-Choudhury said. “With decline salvage and digital device fingerprinting, we can give our clients even more ways to protect their business. We are committed to continually enhancing our services to serve the growing needs of our clients and their markets.”

Decline salvage service resubmits previously declined transactions for re-approval and helps recover revenue that merchants might otherwise consider uncollectable. It enables merchants to retain customers they are on the verge of losing, increases customer lifetime value and boost profits. Digital device fingerprinting proactively identifies and stops fraudulent activity. The tool quickly and conveniently authenticates individuals online worldwide and identifies legitimacy to enable you to complete more transactions in less time.

ChargebackHelp will be one of the sponsors for the upcoming The Island Gathering taking place Nov. 14-18, 2014 in Phuket, Thailand. Co-founder Raja Roy-Choudhury will be in attendance.
