MALIBU, Calif. — The weekly community newspaper for Malibu this week profiled residents Suze and Holly Randall, the mother-daughter pair of erotic photographers.
The Malibu Times took a look on how they both landed in the adult entertainment business, as well as recent projects, in "Behind the Centerfold Lens."
Holly Randall, the daughter, last month shot the cover of the 8th annual Penthouse “Badass” issue, along with two centerfolds.
Her mom, Suze Randall, became the first female staff photographer for both Playboy and Penthouse in the 1970s.
“[Shooting porn] was exciting in my time because you were pushing the envelope, fleeing from the vice squad — it was thrilling,” Suze Randall told The Malibu Times.
The operator of members site Suze.net, she's directed dozens of films but is currently recovering from injuries, the article said.
Suze Randall said she was kicked in the face by a horse. “Only my horses can keep me in my place,” she said.
