Solo Girl Defamed on ‘Slutfest III’ Box Cover, Suit Says

DETROIT — Adult model Tamarka Davis filed suit Thursday claiming Too Clean Entertainment and ExtremeBooty.com used her photo on the cover of “Slutfest III: Strippers Gone Wild” without permission.

Davis, who goes by the name Taye, claims she took precautions that would insure her work was copyrighted but that Too Clean poached her image from her own website, TKMGirls.com, which is now defunct but once offered solo-girl content.

She further maintains in the suit that she was defamed because the cover inferred that she was a “participatory actress in the porn DVD itself.”

“None of the defendants had the legal right to use the photograph of plaintiff for use on the cover of the ‘Slutfest III’ DVD or for any other purpose whatsoever and defendants knew the use of plaintiff’s image was not authorized by the plaintiff,” the suit said.

The suit, filed at Wayne Count Circuit Court in Michigan, noted that Too Clean should have known that the moment it used any image on the web that it would be there “essentially forever” because it would be cached by search engines.

Further, because Davis’ career has been one marked as a solo-girl model, that “the further implication of [Davis’] image on the DVD cover for ‘Slutfest III’ is that such image imputes a lack of chastity on the part of [Davis], making the defendants liable on a defamation per se basis.”

The suit seeks compensatory damages, as well as attorneys fees.

Davis’ attorney, S. Jay Ahmad, and Too Clean President Myron Williams both were unavailable for XBIZ comment Friday.
