SegPay to Sponsor 17th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards

LOS ANGELES — Cybersocket has announced that the leading payment solutions provider SegPay has signed on as a gold sponsor of the 17th annual Cybersocket Web Awards, to be held on Monday, Jan. 9, 2017.

Morgan Sommer, co-founder of Cybersocket, said, "On behalf of Cybersocket, I am very happy to announce that SegPay is sponsoring our 17th annual awards show. SegPay is a recognized leader in the online payments business, and (SegPay CEO) Cathy Beardsley has been at the forefront of the industry since the beginning.”

Cathy Beardsley, CEO of SegPay, said, "We are excited to be part of the Cybersocket Awards. This is always a fun event, and Morgan does a great job of recognizing the top performers and companies of the year.”

The Cybersocket Web Awards show honors achievements of gay adult websites. Each year, outstanding websites are recognized for their accomplishments in both "Surfers' Choice" and "Industry Choice" categories.

“We feel that it is essential to honor these individuals and companies for being technological entrepreneurs, agents of free expression, and innovators in gay online media and entertainment,” a Cybersocket spokesperson said. “Each year at the awards show, the winners are announced and presented with a one-of-a-kind Cybersocket trophy.”

This year's nominees will be announced on Sept. 10, with voting through Nov.31. Then, the winners will be announced at the Cybersocket Web Awards show in January.
