According to the company, the CWIE purchase includes the acquisition of Alpha Red's two privately owned datacenters in Houston, Texas; 300 Gbps of Internet connectivity; and its connections in 16 carrier neutral facilities throughout the United States.

With the CWIE purchase, Alpha Red retains the long-term operational funding to service and maintain its portfolio of clients; which consists of web radio stations, online storage companies and file hosting and video media websites.
