The deal includes a combined library of 1,500 gonzo and niche titles, including Heatwave's "Nurses of the Inner City Unit," "Women in Black" and "Sexorcist," as well as "Fit to be Tied," "Grannies in Blackland" and "Teenage Transsexuals" from Gentlemen's Video.

"Midnite Videos realizes there is a market for niche material," Scott Esposito of Gentlemen's Video said. "We have 22 different niches and feel Midnite Videos can do the best possible job with the market of curiosity seekers. We're a total niche company with videos ranging from midgets to large women, to strapons and transsexuals. I think this will make Midnite Videos a fully rounded company."
