Bijou Theater Premieres ‘House of Leather’ on Big Screen

CHICAGO — Gay production company Backroom Films will host a red carpet premiere event for its debut release, “House of Leather,” at the Bijou Theater in Chicago.

The event is scheduled for Friday, May 23, with a reception at 7 p.m., followed by the movie screening at 7:30.

“House of Leather” stars Tober Brandt, former TitanMen exclusive who has also appeared for Raging Stallion Studios. He will be a featured guest at the premiere and perform a live show after the movie screening.

Backroom Films is the company’s first line aimed at the leather niche.

The Bijou Theater was opened in 1969 and is part of the Bijou World facilities located at 1349 N. Wells St., in Chicago. The theater is adjacent to Bijou’s retail storefront and sex club, and is one of the oldest theaters showing gay adult movies.
