Offset Chooses Tommy Gunn for Next Volume of ‘Porn Icon’

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Critically acclaimed performer and XBIZ Award nominee for Male Performer of the Year Tommy Gunn has been selected by Offset Entertainment to star in its next volume of “Porn Icon.”

"When I heard the news of Offset wanting to showcase me in this ongoing series, I was kind of taken [aback],” Gunn said. “Considering the status one has to be in order to be considered a “Porn Icon,” it’s made me realize that I have achieved such a level. It’s pretty unbelievable.”

Offset Entertainment began the “Porn Icon” series as a way to spotlight performers in the adult business “who can consistently carry a scene and are among the most recognizable the adult male talent pool has to offer.”

Past men featured in the “Porn Icon” series include Sean Michaels, Herschel Savage, Mark Davis and Mr. Marcus.

“I'm totally flattered and honored to have been chosen alongside the ranks of such men as Mark, Sean and Herschel,” Gunn said. “I thank the gang at Offset for such a great opportunity."

Offset Entertainment President Carlos Villalobos said he looks forward to bringing “Porn Icon: Tommy Gunn” to the fans.

“For the short time that Offset's been in business, we're very lucky to have worked with some of the best male and female talent,” Villalobos said. “The “Porn Icon” series came about as an overdue tribute to the guys in the industry, who make the girls look good. Tommy may not have as much time in the business as the previous icons, but he’s definitely earned the title due to his performance and personality.

“We look forward to the feedback of Tommy's 'Porn Icon' from the fans," he said. “This is something new for us, as our sales have been exclusively direct-to-consumer to control our own distribution. However, we can be seen on cable and pay-per-view, and we're actively looking to take our titles overseas.”

“Porn Icon: Tommy Gunn” is scheduled for a July release in stores.
