Nifty Solutions Launches Free Stat Tracking Software

SEYCHELLES — Nifty Solutions, Ltd announced today the launch of NiftyStats, a new stats tracking software package that is available to webmasters free of charge.

“There have been many posts made on industry message boards expressing a need for a product like ours and we are sure you will find NiftyStats to be both simple to use and effective at saving you time,” Nifty Solutions' Jenna Mella said. “That time you used to spend checking stats can now be directed at tasks that make you more money, rather than at checking to see if you made any money.”

The program, which is available for download at NiftyStats.com, already is stocked with more than 500 compatible affiliate programs, and more are being added each day, according to Mella.

“If any program you would like to use is not on the current list, we even include a simple request-sponsor function that usually gets the program added in a matter of days, not months,” Mella said.

Mella also said that one of the major benefits of using the software is the amount of time that webmasters can save when compared to checking stats one affiliate program at a time.

“For those of you who have been checking your stats manually each time, NiftyStats will check all of your stats at every program you promote with a timer set by you,” Mella said. “It will even play a sound of your choice each time you generate a new sale. Personally we believe the cash-register noise ringing with each new sale is a great a motivator while you work.”

The software also enables users to create graphs and charts to track sales for each program, with a date range that is set by the user, giving webmasters a view of their stats that conveys sales trends at a glance.

With respect to data security issues, Mella emphasized that the software is entirely client-side, “so your data safety is secure on your own computer and can not be shared by anyone but you.”

“NiftyStats does not track or save your stats in any way,” Mella said. “It is a data conduit from you to your sponsors and back with an occasional ad banner request from us.”

Mella said there are several features that set NiftyStats apart from existing stats-aggregator software, including a notes section that allows webmasters to jot down notes on a sponsor-by-sponsor basis.

“Unlike other stats software, adding a new program to your NiftyStats or modifying the sponsor information takes just a couple seconds,” Mella said. “Instead of having to add each payout type from large sponsors with multiple bundles of site terms, NiftyStats does it all for you. All you do is add the program’s main account and all the sub-accounts are created automatically.”

NiftyStats also includes an automated currency conversion feature that allows webmasters to compare payouts from sponsor programs that pay in different types of currency accurately and on even terms. NiftyStats can be run full screen, in normal mode or in minimized fashion that allows users to check their sales by simply mousing-over the program on their status bar.

Mella said that Nifty hopes to monetize the software through paid advertising and sponsorships, rather than charging users a download or subscription fee. Currently, NiftyStats displays a single rotating banner at the top of its interface page.

“Advertisers interested in marketing their site or product through NiftyStats are encouraged to contact NiftyStats using the 'Contact us' form mail on our website,” Mella said. “We look forward to working with you and feel that our direct relationship with thousands of productive webmasters makes us an excellent choice for your advertising promotions.”

While the plan is to maintain a free version of NiftyStats going forward, Mella said that the company also plans to offer a paid version of the software in the future.
