The Second Harvest mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and to help fight hunger.

"We as a company stand strongly behind the Second Harvest," a representative said. "Each client will receive a holiday donation card stating a donation was made in their company’s name once a candidate is hired through X Industry Jobs."

The Second Harvest organization feeds 25 million of the 35 million Americans who do not know where their next meal is coming from (including 13 million of them children and 3 million seniors), the company said.
