Storerotica: Retail Business Mixed With Pleasure

LAS VEGAS — The first-ever Storerotica convention concluded Wednesday night after three days of networking, business deals and perusing a show floor stocked with the latest apparel, toys and retail products.

Held at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Storeotica utilized the venue's varied function spaces to the fullest, locating the show floor in its main convention center and taking over Mandalay's popular Rum Jung nightclub for dance-all-night parties.

Though show floor traffic ebbed and flowed, with Tuesday being the most active, attendees and exhibitors agreed that Storerotica's daytime seminars offered a wealth of information regarding retail-oriented legal issues, such as preparing for zoning changes and other government restrictions — topics not ordinarily addressed at other adult conventions.

Zero Tolerance's Courtney Cummz, Digital Playground's Shay Jordan, TeraVision’s Tera Patrick and adult Internet star Trisha Uptown were just a few of the top adult performers who made appearances on the show floor, signing photographs and representing their products to retailers and buyers from around the country.

The show also featured the inaugural Storerotica Awards, held Monday at the Sapphire Club. Hosted by adult performers Gina Lynn and Tera Wray, other adult celebrities on hand included Jesse Jane, Stormy Daniels, Shay Jordan, Roxy Jezel, Krystal Steele, Lela Star, Donna Doll and Ron Jeremy.
