LAS VEGAS – Among the numerous company deals and launches announced at this year’s Internext expo at the Mandalay Hotel & Resort, Conwest Resources, parent company of San Francisco-based The Falcon Family of Companies, finalized a video-on-demand partnership with Sureflix Digital Distribution.

As part of the deal, Toronto-based Sureflix will provide VOD access to Falcon’s video content from studios Jocks, Mustang, The Falcon Family, Falcon and Falcon International. Sureflix is a provider of gay programming in both pay-per-view and VOD distribution formats.

The partnership with Sureflix marks the first time in several years that Falcon has expanded its distribution process.

“We select our partners very carefully, and we believe Sureflix will quickly prove themselves to be a tried and trusted partner,” Conwest President Todd Montgomery stated.

While the terms of the deal were not disclosed by either company, Sureflix will begin premiering Falcon video content by February 2005 and releasing new titles every week, Falcon said in a statement.

“This is an exciting day for us,” Sureflix President Eric Johnson stated. “We have spent the last three years building the world’s best VOD site. To have the world’s top gay brand select us as their partner is a great achievement.”
