BARCELONA, Spain — Porn legend Ron Jeremy took home the Ninfa award for Best Actor for his work in Madness Pictures’ “Magic Sex Genie” at the 12th Annual International Erotic Film Festival of Barcelona recently.

Jeremy stars in the film as a genie condemned to grant the sexual wishes of Rachel Rotten, Taylor Rain and Cherry Rain without receiving any kind of pleasure himself. It’s only after Angel Long wishes to have sex with a genie that he can finally be released.

“Ron’s portrayal as the genie was a comic stroke of genius,” said Dcypher, the film’s director. “He was just as funny off-camera as he was on-camera. I knew I could trust his instincts because of his acting ability and he’s a great stand-up comic.”

French director Pierre Woodman, known for his work on Private Media’s “Castings” series, picked up the 2004 Lifetime Career Ninfa and Italian star Rocco Siffredi picked up a Special Jury Award during the ceremony

Both the film “Compulsión” and its director Axel Braun also received accolades, taking home Best Film and Best Director.
