Recruitment Firm HotJobsAlert to Relaunch

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — HotJobsAlert is relaunching with founder and CEO Eddie Kreider back at the helm.

The adult industry recruitment firm also made the announcement that business partner Rob Jonathan will be taking the role as president. Jonathan is a former exec at CAM4 and JuicyAds.

“I am really excited to work, and collaborate with Rob, he brings a lot of fresh new ideas,” said Kreider, who recently lead DatingGold’s business development initiatives prior to operating HotJobsAlert, aka XIndustryJobs.

“I think sometimes you need to step back and evaluate things, and what I learned is that sometimes a change is not in order,” Kreider said. “I missed running the recruitment business I built up over eight years.”

Kreider said that in addition to a relaunched HotJobsAlert.com with new tools for adult industry hiring managers and candidates, the firm will be entering into some new verticals “along with some much-needed tools to assist hiring companies and also candidates through the hiring process.”

“Some of these new interactive tools on the site will enable the user to manage their whole process, be it hiring or finding a new position,” Kreider said. “I am super stoked about the site. Rob has spent a lot of time fine tuning it and making it user friendly.”

Some of the new tools include the ability to pretest candidates before interviewing and also the ability to view video clips of selected candidates.

Job searchers will be able to store their resume in a secured area, submit their resume for jobs and see where their resume is a in the hiring process with the employer, as well as see a history of jobs they applied for, Kreider said. They may also sign up to get an email alert when new jobs are posted.

“I think it’s important if you’re going to work with companies all over the globe and to have some face time with them as well,” Kreider said.

Kreider can be contacted at eddie@hotjobsalert.com. His Skype address is EddieKrei.
