Supermen.com, VIGR Present 2017 Grabby Awards

CHICAGO — Supermen.com and the creators of the VIGR app have partnered as co-presenting sponsors of the Grabby Awards event series, set to be held in Chicago over Memorial Day weekend, May 25-30.

New this year, the annual Grabby Awards, known as “the Golden Globes of gay porn,” will be broadcast live for free on Supermen.com, allowing everyone to enjoy the event as it unfolds.

“Fans will no longer have to reach for the stars; they will be able to pay homage in person or online to their favorite celebrity porn stars via Supermen.com,” Supermen’s Douglas Richter said. “We are super excited for the opportunity to broadcast the Grabby Awards live for the first time ever. It will be a great experience for fans from all over the world to virtually attend this year’s event if they cannot make the trip to Chicago.”

Richter said that Supermen.com offers a special opportunity for porn stars who have not yet discovered the huge financial opportunity in live cams, noting “Whether on a laptop or your mobile, the power of webcam broadcasting is huge and the earning potential is limitless.”

The VIGR app “is for people who are fed up with fake profiles and seek genuine interaction.”

“VIGR app launched the ‘Don’t be a Dick’ social campaign to remind us that even though we love dicks, we don’t have to behave like them!” Richter said. “An impressive list of successful porn stars, celebrities and organizations banded together in support of the campaign.”

For his part, Grabby Awards producer Mark Nagel loved the idea of letting Supermen.com and VIGR co-present this year’s award show.

“Having a mainstream dating app with its social campaign: ‘Don’t be a Dick,’ is bringing something fresh and new to the table,” Nagel said. “This message is something with which everyone can identify — porn stars, cam boys, fans and even non-fans alike.”
