Kink's 'Damn Fine Pie!' Marks End of Adult Filmmaking at Armory

SAN FRANCISCO — Kink.com has released the movie that became the final shoot at San Francisco Armory.

“Twin Peaks" parody “Damn Fine Pie!” marked the end of adult film production in the historic San Francisco Armory.

Built in 1912, the Moorish Revival castle was once a military instillation, but sat unused for nearly 30 years before Kink.com purchased the building in 2006. The Armory’s 40,000-square-foot drill court remains as one of the city’s leading concert and event venues.

Since “Damn Fine Pie!” was shot in February, Kink.com production has largely moved to Las Vegas.

“After filming, we had a champagne toast to the final farewell film at the Armory,” director Maitresse Madeline Marlowe said. “What could be a more fitting end to the surreal decade we spent at the Kink castle than a tribute to this dark, cult series?”

The setting for “Damn Fine Pie!” is One-Eyed Jacks, the Canadian brothel and casino. Adult star Amber Ivy plays Audrey Horne, who is obsessed with Laura Palmer's mysterious dark side. The parody stars Kink.com veterans Tommy Pistol as Dr. Jacoby, Owen Gray as James Hurley, Will Havoc as Bobby Briggs, Mickey Mod as Ben Horne and Jon Jon as Leo Johnson.

“As a huge fan of surrealist films, David Lynch has played a pivotal part in forming my artistic spectrum," Marlowe said. “Being able to shoot a parody of my favorite TV show is absolutely a high point as a director.”

“Damn Fine Pie!” is available on Kink.com. Teaser clips and trailers can be found here.
