Dani Daniels Wins GameLink's 'Porn Star Madness' Tournament
CYBERSPACE — 2016 XBIZ Female Performer of the Year Dani Daniels has been crowned champion of GameLink.com's 2017 Porn Star Madness Tournament, as voted by fans.

The win marks Daniels’ second win in three years, having earned the crown in 2015. To celebrate the new champion, GameLink will run a 15 percent discount on all VODs featuring Daniels through April 10.

Daniels received 72 percent of the votes versus Adriana Chechik's 28 percent, according to the results page tallying the contest’s final round, affirming her enduring stardom and supremacy — a year after winning the highly coveted XBIZ trophy. Altogether, more than 100,000 votes were cast during the contest, according to GameLink reps, which ran from March 16 to April 1.

“Thanks to everyone who voted for me and put me over the top," Daniels said. "It was an epic battle of bushes and tushes. Thank you to GameLink for promoting this battle. Two-time champ... can anyone say threepeat? Love you all!”

The promotion, which began with 16 adult stars, featured four rounds of voting by fans who were encouraged by the competitors themselves who tweeted, posted and snap-chatted their supporters for their votes.

As the newly-crowned champion, Daniels will earn a $500 grand prize and the chance to earn the unofficial title of 'the world’s top porn star.' She succeeds last year’s winner, Casey Calvert.

“We congratulate our new champion, her fans and everyone who voted and supported our amazing competitors,” said Jeff Dillon, president of business development for eLine, which is providing management services for GameLink. “Dani is an incredible competitor and hugely talented performer who showed she is a true winner! We are grateful to all our competitors, our friends, fans and colleagues who have made the 2017 Porn Star Madness the best ever!”
