Grooby Screening 2 Titles at Adult Film Festival Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS — Grooby has announced it will screen Isabel Dresler’s “A TEA Story,” Lilith Luxe’s “Real Fucking Doc” and an extended trailer of Mona Wales and Arabelle Raphael’s “All My Mother’s Lovers” at the Adult Film Festival Las Vegas this weekend.

“I’m so proud of these three pieces in particular,” said Kristel Penn, Grooby’s marketing and editorial director. “They’re all very different in terms of content, but their connecting factor is how each gives a platform for our performers and creators to freely express themselves. Anytime we can elevate other voices in our community, the more depth and dimension is given to our genre.”

Dresler added, “I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to make this documentary. Transgender performers are by far some of the hardest working professionals in the adult industry, and face so many unique challenges both on and off camera. They deserve all the recognition for their achievements that they can possibly get, and I'm glad I was able to help shed light on this amazing awards show.”

“A TEA Story” is an exclusive documentary shot by Dresler at the 2016 Transgender Erotica Awards. It will be shown on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Dresler’s piece “Exposure” will also be shown during the same timeslots.

“Real Fucking Doc” is Luxe’s documentary companion piece to XBIZ Award-winning Trans Release of the Year, “Real Fucking Girls,” directed by Mona Wales. Luxe filmed behind-the-scenes content and interviews with the cast and crew. It will be shown on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

“All My Mother’s Lovers” is co-directed by Mona Wales and Arabelle Raphael. An extended trailer for the title will be shown on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 3:30 p.m.

The Adult Film Festival Las Vegas will be held this weekend at the Erotic Heritage Museum located at 3275 Sammie Davis Jr. Dr., Las Vegas, Nev., directly behind The Fashion Show Mall. For more information, visit AFFLV.com.
