Girlfriends Films Scores 14 XBIZ Awards Nominations

LOS ANGELES — Girlfriends Films has received 14 nominations in the 2017 XBIZ Awards, to be held on Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and hosted by Ron Jeremy. 

“We feel very honored to be recognized by our industry peers who voted for the XBIZ Awards for all the hard work we do year round,” said Girlfriends Films President Moose. “It’s truly rewarding to lead such a close-knit team, from directors to talent and everyone behind the scenes who consistently create the type of quality productions our viewers have come to recognize and love about our work.”

Girlfriends is nominated for Studio of the Year, while GirlfriendsFilms.com is up for Adult Site of the Year: Studio. And seven Girlfriends series are competing for All-Girl Series of the Year: “Cheer Squad Sleepovers,” “Lesbian Love Stories,” “Lesbian Seductions,” “Lesbian Triangles,” “Road Queen,” “Twisted Passions” and “Women Seeking Women.”

Girlfriends has been nominated for All-Girl Release of the Year: Non-Feature for “Cheer Squad Sleepovers, Episode 16” and “Road Queen 35,” and Best Sex Scene: All-Girl nominations include Anikka Albrite and Dani Daniels in “Women Seeking Women, Vol. 125,” Deauxma and Jenna Sativa in “Road Queen 34” and Lana Rhoades and Veruca James in “Twisted Passions 18.”
