Gay Blog ManhuntDaily.com Gets a Reboot

NEW YORK — Manhunt, the gay dating website, has relaunched its entertainment blog, ManhuntDaily.com.

Along with the relaunch, the blog is getting a sleek new look with a responsive interface and a magnified focus on its exclusive content.

Blogging delivers value to those who prefer to get their news online, said Hector Camacho, the CEO of parent company Online Buddies. Manhunt Daily first launched as a companion site to Manhunt.net.

“It’s especially vital to those interested in gay adult news as many of the leading adult publications have folded,” he said. “Our main priority is engagement” and not with traffic or page views.

“We want Manhunt Daily to stimulate the eye and to be a trusted source that readers come back to again and again. It will also support our brand building strategies by driving traffic to our dating website and apps.”

Phil Henricks, who leads biz-dev for parent company Online Buddies, said “the rebranded and redesigned Manhunt Daily will bring our members hours of filthy pleasure.”

“If you want to see Instagram photos of guys in speedos, check out one of the other gay blogs, but if you want to see guys without speedos and blowing each other’s whistles, Manhunt Daily's your blog,” the blog’s editor Michael Xavier said.

Since 2001, Online Buddies has been connecting men seeking men. Online Buddies properties include Jack’d and Manhunt. The company said it currently receives 2 million unique visits daily.
