MindBrowse Presents ‘Everything You Wanted to Know about Porn’ Comedy Event

CYBERSPACE — With a few serious live panel discussions already under its belt, MindBrowse.com has announced a new event which takes the conversation in a decidedly different direction: a lighthearted Q&A with prominent performers and directors called “Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Porn, but Were Afraid to Ask.”

Scheduled for tomorrow, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. EST, “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Porn, But Were Afraid to Ask” will be moderated by sociologist Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals.

“We’ve had several great MindBrowse events exploring serious and important issues in the adult industry, and it just felt like time to lighten things up a bit,” said Angie Rowntree, producer of all MindBrowse events and owner of Sssh.com. “Porn is all about entertainment, after all, so we’ve assembled four of the industry’s most fun-loving people and given them only one real guideline: have a good time.”

The panel for the event consists of directors Jacky St. James and Will Ryder, and performers Evan Stone and Casey Calvert. Fans can submit questions to the panel via Twitter under the hashtag #SexTalkTuesday, in addition to the entertaining questions posed by Tibbals, culled from fan and consumer feedback she has been gathering in anticipation of the event.

Drawing on their experience, the panelists will cover everything from awkward moments in their daily lives caused by their career choice, to the best on-set bloopers the panelists have witnessed and other behind-the-scenes tidbits from life in the porn industry.

“December is a festive time of year in porn — award nominations come out and there are a bunch of fun holidays leading up to the great community events in January,” Tibbals said. “What better way to get in the spirit than with a fun, lighthearted conversation that will give viewers the opportunity to get answers from people in the know?”

Jacky St. James is a director best known for her work with New Sensations, recently scoring the 2014 Feminist Porn award for Steamiest Straight Movie for the film “The Temptation of Eve.” Director and producer Will Ryder is often credited with creating the modern porn parody phenom, and has won dozens of adult industry awards, including an XBIZ Award for “Grease XXX.”

In addition to starring in more that 100, Casey Calvert is a writer, fetish and art model who “dabbles as a circus freak” and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2012. Evan Stone is one of the most recognizable male performers, due to the volume of his work (over 1,650 performer credits), and roles in major adult hits like “Pirates,” “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody,” and “Cinderella XXX: An Axel Braun Parody.”

The event also will be live-tweeted and monitored at @ssshforwomen under the hashtag #SexTalkTuesday. Viewers may interact during the event and pose their own questions using #SexTalkTuesday.
